If you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose - or feel that you may be about to harm yourself, call 999 or go straight to A&E . If you can’t do this yourself, ask somebody to help you.

If you need help urgently with your mental health, but it’s not an emergency, call 111 or NHS direct (0845 46 47).
